Grading

Nothing happens until we do proper grading. Partly, it’s about drainage; Bobby says, “water is the laziest thing in the world,” and you have to really encourage it to move through and off your property properly. We get out the Bobcat, ensure proper rock count in any substrate (for drainage), and rake the property completely smooth before we get to work with the soil prep. We also do a lot of grading work after tree removal, which can wreak havoc.
